The year 2020 and the months-long lockdown have been incredibly challenging for all of us, but it was especially hard for small and medium-sized businesses that were constantly struggling and put under lots of stress. Hungarian Telekom wanted to help them to survive.

This period made it painfully clear that everyone needs a backup plan that protects them from completely folding. For small businesses, this Plan B is digitalization – the only solution that can help them push through even the most devastating times.

We provided them exactly that: a Plan B tailored to their needs. We called it Plan D as in Plan for Digitalization. A Plan D is a step-by-step guide, a template for digitalization made by professionals, that business owners can easily copy (e.g., How to build a brand with the help of EDM marketing campaigns or How to turn your personal blog into a business).
Every Plan D is a true story of an entrepreneur that tells all the details of how exactly they transformed their business processes. So, if someone wants their business to go online or improve their online presence, there's no need to start from scratch; they can easily find and reproduce a professional plan instead that has been proven to work.

This long-term project provides business owners brand new Plan Ds from time to time, all of which can be found on Telekom's website called Hello Biznisz, dedicated exclusively to small and medium-sized businesses. This way, entrepreneurs from different business areas can find a Plan D to work as their Plan B.
